You can track your order by logging into your account on AAVI STORES Website. Once logged in, click on "My Orders" tab. It will give list of latest 10 order numbers next to it. Under each order number, you can find a clickable option saying "Track Order". A simple click on "Track Order" link will give you a detailed tracking page to your order.

Generally it takes around 5-9 working days for your order to be delivered. You can track step by step movement of your order by using "Track Order" functionality under "My Orders" section of your account, on aavistores.com Website.

We will do everything possible to have your order delivered to you on time. In case we miss, we suggest you to please call our customer care representative or write to us at aavistores@gmail.com

The items will be visible in 'My Account' for customers registered with us. Customers who have used the guest checkout option are not registered and do not see this option. Alternately you can track your order by entering your Order ID & email id used to place the order, from the 'Track your order' widget on the top right hand corner of the home-page screen of aavistores.com website.

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on 08392 942 942 or emailing us at aavistores@gmail.com and we will try to help you out.
